We offer a listening service to enable people to talk about their problems
We provide a safe place to be quiet, unwind and think.

What kind of relationships?

Difficulties can be between partners, spouses, children and parents, friends or work colleagues.

What help is offered?

Sometimes being listened to helps people to decide how to progress. We can give information on sources of help, provide you with ongoing support or provide a course to help you develop coping skills

Sunday	2.00pm - 4.00pm
Call in any weekday	9.30am - 2.30pm
or telephone	9am - 5.30pm

Anyone, whatever your age, sex, religion, ethnic origin or sexual orientation, coping with relationship difficulties, loneliness or isolation.

Anyone going through a relationship breakdown

Those suffering from the effects of a relationship breakdown, even if it was a long time ago.

Anyone who supports someone experiencing relationship difficulties.
