Gold bullion stolen from a treasure museum

Yesterday I decided to stay at home and spend some time on my own. I made myself a cup of nice tea and started reading newspaper. In ona of my English newspapers I found an interestimng article that some thieves had stolen gold bullion from a treasure museum in the USA. Gold bullion was displayed after it had been recovered from the wreck of a Spanish galleon that had been lying on the ocean floor for several centuries. The ships were part of a flotilla carrying gold, silver, emeralds and pearls from the colonial New World back to Spain. The thieves must have been very skilled as the gold bullion was very well protected, also by cameras and no one heard anything. However, they left some traces in the museum. The authority of the museum watched the footage from the museum´s security camera together with the representatives of the local police department. The movie showed some evidence which is now under investigation. Obviously gold bullion is very precious and the museum´s insurer offered a reward for its safe return. It seems that it will be quite easy to find the right one as the gold bullion has several distinctive markings.
